Lomilomi

Lomilomi is the traditional Hawaiian massage, which is practiced worldwide in a more choreographic way, with large and broad movements using mainly the forearms. This is a very thorough massage which brings great sensations that even those who are used to massages may have never experienced before.

Duration: 1h or 1h30

Deep Flow / Deep Tissue

The core of this massage is myofascial relaxation. Using tools such as postural alignment, breathing, talking, moving and the slow and deep techniques of Deep Tissue, I relax the tensions located in the fascias and ease the movements so the body gets more supple.

Prenatal massage

A pregnant woman can really appreciate a massage: it is a moment just for her, when she can let go and be taken care of. It can help her feel better in this transforming body and it will ease the uncomfortable positions and tensions that pregnancy creates. The expectant mother is massaged on her side.

Duration: 1h

Sitting Amma

This short massage is done with your clothes on and sitting on an ergonomic chair. It is both relaxing and stimulating and is ideal as a first massage experience since you don't need to get undressed.

Duration: 20 or 30 minutes

Seated massage: 25 or 35 euros, depending on the time spent.
