2016 saw the arrival of the Tour de France to the area, for a well overdue return.
The roads around the Aveyron, Tarn-et-Garonne and Lot are made for cycling. It’s a similar terrain to Cornwall but with much more favourable traffic, weather and incredibly smooth asphalt.
As for mountain biking, the cave has been setup to accommodate groups of bikers with racks, basic tools and space to clean and service your dearly beloved. Bike hire is available in Najac and Villefranche.
